The Role
We are hiring two High-Drive Intake & Sales Specialists to act as our human connection. Your primary job is to monitor our AI and GoHighLevel (GHL) dashboard. If a lead drops off or a payment link is abandoned, you are the rapid-response closer who steps in to guide them back and secure the consultation.

Working Hours & Compensation (35–40 Hours Per Week)
We are filling two distinct shifts to ensure coverage. Please indicate your shift preference in your application.

Shift 1: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM US EST (8:00 PM – 2:00 AM SAST)

Shift 2: 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM US EST (2:00 AM – 8:00 AM SAST)
*Note: Shift 2 includes a higher pay rate.

Location: Remote – Dedicated home office with high-speed internet and UPS/backup power solution (strictly required).

Requirements:
Elite English Proficiency: Flawless, professional spoken English (US-aligned) and impeccable written communication.

GHL Power User: You must be a “Power User” at navigating GHL. While you don’t need to build the workflows, you must move flawlessly through contact cards, pipelines, and communication logs in real-time while on the phone.

The “5-Minute” Drive: You are a rapid-response specialist. You must have the focus to monitor a live dashboard and the drive to re-engage a lead within minutes of a dropped interaction.

Sales Experience: Proven success in outbound sales, objection handling, or high-level appointment setting. You don’t just take messages; you secure the “Legal Strategy Session.”

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Recovery: Monitor live AI chat and call logs. Immediately call back dropped leads to salvage the consultation.

Pipeline Execution: Update client stages, add detailed notes, and trigger pre-built automations without errors.

Proactive Feedback: Keep a log of any system bottlenecks or inefficiencies to help our developers continuously improve the platform.

The “Closer” Mentality: You don’t just take messages; you guide the caller to the next step and secure a “Legal Strategy Session.”
