We are currently launching a new specialized real estate vertical focused exclusively on private property owners. We are looking for high-energy, resilient Sales Representatives to join this growing team and help us build this new market segment from the ground up.

The Role

This is a pure “hunter” role. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be the front-line engine of our new vertical. Your primary mission is to identify and connect with commercial property owners across the U.S. to generate high-quality leads for our senior brokers.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Outreach: Conduct 100+ outbound cold calls per day to commercial property owners using our internal database and lead lists.
  • Pitching & Discovery: Deliver a simple, compelling pitch designed to gauge owner interest in selling or valuing their property.
  • Lead Qualification: Ask strategic questions to qualify leads based on property type, owner motivation, and timeline.
  • Pipeline Management: Accurately log all call activities and owner information in our CRM to ensure seamless hand-offs to the senior brokerage team.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound calls and qualified lead generation.

Required Qualifications

  • The “Hunger”: You have a competitive spirit and a high level of resilience. You aren’t discouraged by a “no” and view every call as a new opportunity.
  • Communication Skills: You can build quick rapport over the phone. You speak clearly, listen actively, and can handle objections with a positive attitude.
  • Discipline: You have the focus required to maintain high-volume activity throughout the day without constant supervision.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs and digital dialing systems.
  • Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome! Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or door-to-door sales is a significant advantage.
