Role overview

Remote Recruitment is looking for a remote Senior Appointment Setter to support a UK-based employer from South Africa. You’ll open conversations with decision-makers and fill the calendar with qualified meetings. This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

Book qualified meetings through outbound calls, email and LinkedIn
Qualify prospects against clear criteria before booking
Keep the CRM updated with accurate activity and notes
Follow up consistently and manage a full pipeline
Hit weekly meeting and conversion targets

What you’ll need

Proven appointment setting, SDR or outbound sales experience
Comfort on the phone with UK decision-makers
Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools
Clear written and spoken English with a neutral accent
A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
