BB8 Freight is a growing U.S. trucking company seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to help us hire qualified CDL drivers and owner-operators.

This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who wants a reliable workplace, professional growth, and the ability to increase their income through performance bonuses.

Position Summary

The HR Recruiter will contact leads, screen applicants, process candidates, and identify drivers and owner-operators who meet BB8 Freight’s hiring requirements.

You will also help launch and manage recruiting and marketing campaigns with support from our management team. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and sales ability.

Main Responsibilities

Call new and existing driver and owner-operator leads.Make outbound cold calls and follow up consistently with candidates.Explain BB8 Freight’s opportunities clearly and professionally.Screen and filter candidates based on company hiring requirements.Process applications and collect all required documents.Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting notes.Follow candidates through every stage of the hiring process.Keep candidates engaged until they are ready to begin working.Help create, launch, and improve recruiting marketing campaigns.Work closely with management to improve hiring results.Meet recruiting and hiring performance goals.Manage multiple candidates and tasks at the same time.Provide candidates with a positive and professional experience.Required Qualifications

Very good spoken and written English.Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Previous cold-calling experience.Confident and professional telephone communication.Ability to build trust and connect with candidates.Strong follow-up and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and manage many candidates simultaneously.Ability to work well under pressure and handle stress professionally.Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Reliable computer, high-speed internet, headset, and quiet workspace.Experience in recruiting, sales, call centers, transportation, or the trucking industry is preferred, but strong candidates from other industries will also be considered.

Compensation and Bonus Opportunity

This position includes:

A reliable base salary.A bonus for every successfully hired driver or owner-operator who remains with BB8 Freight for at least 30 days.No limit on the number of drivers or owner-operators you can recruit.No limit on the total bonuses you can earn.The more qualified candidates you successfully recruit and retain, the more money you can make.
