Location: Remote (SA)
Rate: Starting Rate R 8,000k – R 10,000k/month base + Commissions per job(depending on experience)
Hours: 20-40 hours/week (flexible)

About Us:
We run multiple home improvement businesses in Ireland (driveways, glass work, outdoor structures). We generate leads online, close deals and coordinate with contractors to deliver quality work.
We’re looking for someone who can learn, think critically and figure things out – NOT someone who already knows everything.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead management: Follow up with warm inbound leads via phone/WhatsApp/email
- Sales support: Send quotes, handle objections, close deals
- CRM management: Keep our pipeline organized and updated
- Website updates: Make changes to websites using our templates (we’ll teach you)
- Coordinate with contractors: Schedule site visits and installations
- Learn new software: We use various tools – you’ll need to figure them out
- Use your initiative: See what needs doing and do it without being told
This is NOT a specialist role. You don’t need to be an expert at anything. You need to be able to learn quickly, think critically, and solve problems.
What We’re Looking For:
Must Have:
✅ Critical thinking skills – You can figure things out
✅ Good English – You’ll be talking to Irish customers
✅ Comfortable with phone calls – Not just typing
✅ Quick learner – Can learn new software without hand holding
✅ Reliable – Show up on time, do what you say
✅ Initiative – Don’t wait to be told what to do
✅ Stable internet & quiet space for calls
Nice to Have:
- Technical background
- Previous VA experience (but NOT freelancer platforms like Upwork/Fiverr)
- Sales or customer service experience

We’ll teach you everything. We just need you to be smart, hungry, and reliable.
Compensation:
Part-time/ Full time positions available:
Starting Rate: R 8,000k – R 10,000k/month base + Commissions per job(depending on experience)
Performance Bonuses:
- Commissions per closed deal you help close
- 5 Star Review bonuses for keeping customers happy
- Project bonuses for website launches and special tasks
Growth Path:
- Months 1-6: Learn systems, prove yourself
- Month 6+: Rate increase + bigger bonuses
- Long-term: Become operations manager as we scale
