Working remotely in South Africa (Mon to Fri) at 9 am – 5:30 pm UK time
The role of the Administrator is to support the Administration Department Manager by ensuring all administrative duties are completed in an orderly and timely fashion and in line with our internal compliance policies. You will work as part of a busy Administration Department and report to the Administration Department Manager.
DAILY DUTIES
Carry out property compliance checks on clients (Loading it on the Good law system to run credit checks, references are also done, etc.)
Complete all relevant sales, lettings, and block management administration
Organize and order window adverts as required
Appoint relevant contractors to carry out energy performance certificates
Raise all relevant invoices as required
Use internal computer software to create tenancy agreements and all relevant documentation
Load and progress tenant references
Create property write-ups from the team lead/ sales team with the information they have provided for marketing purposes
Liaising with clients to confirm proposed marketing details
Complete relevant market appraisal reports and correspondence
Issue relevant offer letters to all parties
Create and issue relevant terms of business
Photography and floor plan editing
Assisting with the creation of leasehold packs as required
General administrative support as directed

YOU WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING KEY SKILLS:
If they have done sales & letting administration before, that is the first prize for us in this role (in the property market)
3 years + experience in letting administration/ sales/ block administration would be great
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
A keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive relationship with colleagues.
Strong administrative and typing skills.
Ability to take instructions and take the initiative where required.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
