Outbound Commercial Sales Rep (US company)
Role: Outbound sales hunter building our trade program by calling interior
designers, landscape companies, and builders to book discovery calls and
enroll them in our exclusive trade program.
Reports to: CEO | Team: 4 people, USA-based with members in South Africa
and Philippines
Location: Fully remote | Hours: 40/week, 9 AM – 6 PM PST (weekend days
may be needed)
Compensation: $6 USD/hr base + uncapped bonus tied to enrollments and
revenue. High performers earn well above base.

thrill of the chase. We provide the tools, templates, and lead flow, but you
need to be self-driven to make it happen. High performers are rewarded

You’ll prospect, qualify, and book discovery calls with interior designers,
landscape companies, and builders to enroll them in our trade program.

2+ years of outbound sales or appointment setting experience (B2B
preferred). If you don’t have this, please don’t apply.

Comfortable making 70+ calls per day

Strong at booking qualified meetings and building rapport quickly

Persistent follow-up and comfortable with rejection

โ Maintain detailed CRM records of all interactions
โ Execute systematic follow-up sequences

โ 15+ qualified discovery calls booked per week
โ 20+ new trade partners enrolled per quarter
โ 30% call-to-conversation rate, 20% conversation-to-appointment rate
โ Maintain pipeline of 100+ active prospects
