Outbound Commercial Sales Rep (US company)

Role: Outbound sales hunter building our trade program by calling interior
designers, landscape companies, and builders to book discovery calls and
enroll them in our exclusive trade program.

Reports to: CEO | Team: 4 people, USA-based with members in South Africa
and Philippines
Location: Fully remote | Hours: 40/week, 9 AM – 6 PM PST (weekend days
may be needed)
Compensation: $6 USD/hr base + uncapped bonus tied to enrollments and
revenue. High performers earn well above base.

You’ll prospect, qualify, and book discovery calls with interior designers,
landscape companies, and builders to enroll them in our trade program.

โœ… 2+ years of outbound sales or appointment setting experience (B2B
preferred). If you don’t have this, please don’t apply.
โœ… Comfortable making 70+ calls per day
โœ… Hunter mentalityโ€”thrive on cold calling and turning “no” into “not yet”
โœ… Strong at booking qualified meetings and building rapport quickly
โœ… Persistent follow-up and comfortable with rejection
