Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms.
  • Administrative tasks.
  • Work United States business hours.

 

Qualifications

  • An English or Afrikaans accent.
  • Sales experience and comfort.
  • Typing at least 50 words per minute.
  • 1-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and various customer relationship management softwares.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
