Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to generate leads and set up qualified sales meetings.
  • Manage and update CRM systems with accurate information and activity tracking.
  • Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meeting targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the UK-based sales team to align messaging and strategy.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and client engagement in all communication.

 

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or outbound B2B lead generation role preferably within recruitment.
  • Proven confidence in cold calling and securing appointments.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised.
  • Must have a reliable laptop or desktop, high-speed internet connection, and backup power supply.
  • Previous experience working with UK, US, or international clients is essential.
