R25 000
Job Overview
Are you a tenacious appointment setter with experience in the recruitment industry? We’re hiring a high-performing Appointment Setter to join a growing UK-based startup recruitment agency. You’ll be responsible for driving qualified meetings that lead to real business outcomes – your role is the engine of growth. If you have strong UK-market communication skills and a background in high-volume recruitment prospecting, we’d love to hear from you.

- Rebook and follow up with no-show prospects promptly to maintain meeting consistency
- Clean and segment purchased data (e.g., from Apollo) to build accurate outreach lists
- Log all activities, communications, and updates in the CRM system
- Track performance metrics: meetings booked, attended, no-shows, and rebooking rates
- Collaborate with the founder to continuously refine outreach messaging and targeting
- Provide daily activity reports and weekly KPI updates on outreach performance

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to work full-time, aligned to UK business hours
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Skilled in managing multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, LinkedIn, email)
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clear KPIs
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection
