Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert prospects into clients for BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings to connect with decision-makers.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals tailored to each prospect’s needs.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across multiple industries.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and progress using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling BPO services, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, from entry-level to executive.
  • Comfortable speaking to everyone and driving conversations confidently.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and online prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection is essential.
