We’re seeking a Business Development Executive to join a dynamic UK-based organisation that delivers world-class outsourcing solutions. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in expanding the company’s global client base by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and convert prospects into clients for BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings to connect with decision-makers.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals tailored to each prospect’s needs.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across multiple industries.
- Nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and progress using CRM tools.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling BPO services, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, from entry-level to executive.
- Comfortable speaking to everyone and driving conversations confidently.
- Proficient in CRM systems and online prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection is essential.
