This is a remote outreach and lead generation role focused on contacting potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone. Your goal is simple: book qualified meetings into the Director’s diary with businesses that would benefit from our marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Send high-quality, tailored outreach emails and messages to prospects
Follow up via phone calls to warm leads and interested contacts
Book qualified meetings into the Director’s calendar using scheduling tools
Keep detailed records of outreach activity and performance using CRM systems
Take initiative to test new outreach angles and improve messaging
Work closely with the Director and marketing team to align on ideal client profiles and value propositions
Hit weekly and monthly outreach and meeting booking targets
What We’re Looking For:
Clear and friendly phone manner – able to hold natural and engaging conversations
Self-motivated and proactive – takes ownership and finds solutions
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Strong time management and consistency – able to work independently and hit targets
Familiarity with email tools, CRMs, LinkedIn, and calendars (Calendly, etc.)
Previous experience in outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting is a bonus
