Role Overview

We are seeking a Remote Customer Service / Personal Assistant to join our growing team. This role is central to ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service while also supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.

The ideal candidate has experience in optical/optical dispensing, thrives in a remote setting, and can manage both customer-facing and administrative responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail. A background in scuba diving or snorkeling is a strong plus, as it helps connect with our adventurous customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive and professional customer service via email, phone, and chat.
  • Assist customers with prescription details, lens options, and product guidance.
  • Support order processing, including prescription verification and lab coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with scheduling, task tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Perform personal assistant duties for business operations, including vendor communication and light administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and streamline workflows.

Availability Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM Central Standard Time (required). USA time zone, central standard time.
