SALARY: R200 – R250 per hour

 

Job Description

This is a remote position.

An international company with offices in Los Angeles and Cape Town is seeking a highly organized, professional, and articulate Virtual Assistant who is detail-oriented and available for 3-4 hours a day.The role involves diary management, scheduling of tasks, setting up online meetings and general PA tasks. Time management is essential. Need to be available in US time zones to reply to meetings and set up and schedule tasks, follow-up on documentation. Need to be tech savvy and have excellent cross-cultural communications skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ PA experience
  • Full home office
  • Available in US time zones (9pm/10pm SA time) – 1 hour required in evening, other SA working hours
  • Attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Cross-cultural communications and understanding of a global market and industry
  • MS Excel spreadsheets
  • Google docs
  • Dropbox
  • Tech savvy, good with systems
  • Helpful, switched on, show initiative
  • Committed, time management, highly-organised
  • Follow-up on tasks
