Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Freelance Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Freelance Virtual Assistant, you will provide various administrative support tasks to our clients, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of their daily activities. This is a flexible, remote position with no guaranteed minimum hours, making it ideal for individuals seeking work-life balance and the freedom to manage their schedules.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping: Manage and maintain financial records, prepare and process invoices, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Invoice Management: Handle invoice creation, distribution, and follow-up, ensuring prompt payments and accurate records.
  • Email Management: Organise, respond to, and prioritise emails, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
  • Call Handling: Answer and manage incoming calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as necessary.
  • Personal Assistance: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling various personal tasks.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in bookkeeping or Virtual Assistant role.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools quickly.

  • Reliable desktop or laptop.
  • Fast and consistent internet connection: Main service at least 15 Mbps; backup service at least 10 Mbps
  • UPS, Inverter, or Generator.

Location: South Africa (remote).

Schedule: Freelance

Compensation: 100 Rand Per Hour
