This is a remote position.
A UK-based client in the property sector is looking for a tech-savvy and meticulous remote Training Coordinator. This full-time independent contractor position is vital for the successful implementation of their flagship training programme. Join their dynamic education team and contribute significantly. You will manage operational tasks, build strong customer relationships, ensure an outstanding delegate experience, and support mentors in delivering engaging, high-attendance programmes.
The ideal candidate will uphold administrative standards, contribute to the development of the company’s philosophy, goals, and objectives, and play a key role in advancing the success of their exceptional property programme within the innovative education department.
Your technical expertise, experience using Slack and Asana, and CRM systems like Salesforce will be crucial in delivering a world-class programme. This is a full-time, independent contracting role requiring 45 hours of work per week. While the hours are generally flexible, you will need to be available to manage webinars from time to time on Wednesdays from 19h00 to 22h00 and on Sundays from 10h30 to 13h30. These scheduled webinar hours will be included in your 45-hour work week.
Responsibilities:
- Operate with high independence, demonstrating a fast learning ability and requiring minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively in English.
- Address and handle client queries professionally and promptly, both in writing and verbally.
- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Complete all documentation with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain and update all client records and documents meticulously.
- Ensure accurate data input into all systems, preserving the integrity of client information.
Operational Delivery:
- Implement and adhere to the Asana process with 100% accuracy.
- Set up and manage the necessary technology for delivery, including Zoom, automation tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Ensure all programme materials are accurate and of high quality.
- Proactively encourage and optimise high attendance rates, and continuously seek improvements to the programme.
Customer Relations:
- Represent the company positively in all communications with delegates, including automated reminders, email sequences, and inbound queries.
- Oversee delegate onboarding and ensure smooth communication throughout the programme.
- Maintain vibrant and professional community groups, addressing any issues or negative comments appropriately.
Mentor Support:
- Create and maintain an accurate mentor calendar, ensuring all mentors are informed and prepared for their sessions.
- Provide necessary materials to mentors in advance and support them in delivering their sessions effectively.
- Address any technical issues and communicate proactively with mentors.
Refund Management:
- Handle all refund requests promptly and professionally, adhering to company guidelines and maintaining a positive company image.
Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is ideal.
- Proficiency in using work management platforms such as Asana and Slack, social media and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent command of the English language with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage client interactions with professionalism and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Highly independent, ambitious fast learner, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
