SALARY: R15,000-R25,000 per month / R180,000-R300,000 per year

This is a full-time REMOTE position offering R15,000-R25,000 per month.

As we experience rapid growth and increasing demand, we are expanding our Sales Development team. We’re looking for a driven, ambitious, and personable individual who is eager to learn, adapt, and excel in IT sales and business development.

Position Overview:

This role offers hands-on training in IT sales development, focused on lead generation and business qualification with international exposure across global markets. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, high energy, and a drive to engage with international markets.

Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

· Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to qualify and generate leads, managing your own end-to-end sales pipeline.

· Market Understanding: Develop an understanding of IT industry basics and client needs, holding professional conversations with decision-makers to discuss tech solutions, primarily in Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Networking.

· Collaboration: Work closely with Campaign Managers, Client Account Managers, and sales teams to align on strategies and objectives.

Desired Experience & Qualification

· Communication: Strong English communication skills with a neutral accent; multilingual skills are advantageous.

· Motivation and Drive: A proactive attitude, eager to learn and contribute to company goals.

· Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office is helpful; training provided for further development

Package & Remuneration

What We Offer

· Competitive monthly salary of R15,000-R25,000
