Job Title: Social Media Engagement Associate

Location: Remote

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (20 hours per person)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Social Media Engagement Associate to manage LinkedIn and Twitter engagement for our company and sales reps. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, driving visibility, and maintaining an active social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • LinkedIn Engagement for Sales Reps (10.4 hours/week):
  • Like 50 posts daily (10-15 seconds each)
  • Comment on 10 posts daily (1 minute each)
  • Post 2-3 updates per week for each sales rep
  • LinkedIn Engagement for Company Account (1.9 hours/week):
  • Like 50 posts daily
  • Comment on 10 posts daily
  • Twitter Engagement for Company Account (2.2 hours/week):
  • Like 50 tweets daily
  • Retweet 15 posts daily
  • Comment on 10 tweets daily

Weekly Engagement Goals:

  • LinkedIn & Twitter (Company + Sales Reps): 250 likes, 50 comments, 12 posts, 75 retweets per week
  • Total weekly engagement time: 14.5 hours (with flexibility for additional tasks)

  • Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Twitter best practices
  • Writing Skills: Clear, engaging writing that matches the brand’s tone
  • Time Management: Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in targeting and consistent engagement
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track and improve engagement based on data
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively and adapt to feedback

Requirements:

  • Strong written English skills (grammar, tone, spelling)
  • Experience with LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Previous social media or engagement experience is a plus
  • Ability to handle feedback and adapt strategies
