Sales Development Representative (South Africa)

Our client is looking for a proactive B2B SDR in South Africa to join their team full-time. Your main responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound outreach, qualify leads, and set up high-quality sales calls. You’ll play a key role in our campaigns, working closely with our Sales team to keep the client journey smooth and conversion-focused.

They run a marketing and sales agency for solo brands, mainly keynote speakers who we help get bookings through outreach campaigns.

Who You Are:

  • Native English speaker – written and spoken
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in service-based or digital industries
  • Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g. Highlevel, Pipedrive or similar)
  • Skilled in appointment setting, lead qualification, and follow-up
  • Independent, results-driven, and comfortable with a commission-based model
  • Tech-savvy and fully remote-ready (quiet environment, fast internet, good headset)

Requirements

Your Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to cold and warm prospects, to book discovery/sales calls for our clients (mainly keynote speakers who are looking for bookings and our prospect lists are mainly C-level managers in corporations and event organizers)
  • Follow up with inbound leads (from email, DM, webinars, campaigns)
  • Qualify leads based on our target criteria
  • Occasionally run Zoom calls with high-quality prospects
  • Maintain clear, consistent tracking in the CRM – manage your own pipeline
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize scripts, follow-up flows, and outreach timing
