Duties & Responsibilities

  • As a Paid Traffic Specialist at Vortala, you will be instrumental in helping healthcare professionals grow their practices. Working closely with our internal teams and clients, this role focuses on enhancing and expanding our paid traffic strategies. The goal is to boost new patient acquisition for our clients, demonstrate Vortala’s value, and deliver measurable results that align with client objectives.To keep pace with the ever-changing digital landscape, you’ll be provided with ongoing training and development opportunities.Working from your home office, you’ll enjoy flexible hours and assume the following responsibilities:
    • Conduct pre-sale reviews to assess the suitability of prospective clients for Vortala’s paid traffic services, providing feedback to the Sales and Digital Marketing Specialist teams
    • Handle 2-3 Paid Advertising sales calls per month
    • Engage with new paid search clients via phone to discuss campaign goals and details
    • Set up Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns, including keyword research and crafting conversion-focused landing pages and ads
    • Bi-weekly monitoring of client ad campaigns and adjusting strategies as needed
    • Conduct ongoing tests and analyses of keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and ad positioning to optimize results
    • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, share insights, and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
    • Stay up-to-date with PPC best practices and trends, continually refining strategies to drive improved performance
    • Respond to inquiries from other departments and current paid search clients
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and colleagues
    • Flexible availability to attend meetings in both the U.S. and Australian time zones

Desired Experience & Qualification

HOW TO SECURE AN INTERVIEW

To be invited for an interview, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Strong up-to-date knowledge of PPC marketing, particularly with Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Google Ads certification is required (can be completed prior to the start date if not already certified)
  • Understanding of what makes a high-converting landing page, including CTA optimization, layout design, and overall user experience
  • Experience editing websites in WordPress and basic HTML skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to experiment with new approaches to improve campaign performance
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Client management experience, preferably in an agency environment

Experience in the health profession and working with doctors is desirable but not essential.

Although there is flexibility on the work schedule, you would need to work the majority of your day during normal U.S. business hours 9am-6pm EDT/EST.
