The Role: Outbound Sales Representative β Drive growth by connecting with interior designers, landscape companies, and builders, booking discovery calls, and bringing them into our exclusive trade program!
Reports to: CEO | Team: 4 people, USA-based with members in South Africa
and Philippines
Location: Fully remote | Hours: 40/week, 9 AM – 6 PM PST (weekend days
may be needed)
Salary: $960/month base (R15,400/month)Β + uncapped bonus tied to enrollments and revenue. Most reps make an additional $1k-$1.2k (R16,000-R19,000) in commissions per month. Total compensation can be R31,000+ per month.

You’ll prospect, qualify, and book discovery calls with interior designers,
landscape companies, and builders to enroll them in our trade program.

2+ years of outbound sales or appointment setting experience (B2B
preferred).

Comfortable making 70+ calls per day
β
Hunter mentalityβthrive on cold calling and turning “no” into “not yet”
β
Strong at booking qualified meetings and building rapport quickly
β
Persistent follow-up and comfortable with rejection

β Make 70+ targeted outbound calls daily
β Research and identify potential trade partners
β Book qualified discovery calls for trade program enrollment
β Maintain detailed CRM records of all interactions
β Execute systematic follow-up sequences
β Work closely with CEO on strategic partnerships
π Success Metrics
β 70+ calls per day
β 15+ qualified discovery calls booked per week
β 20+ new trade partners enrolled per quarter
β 30% call-to-conversation rate, 20% conversation-to-appointment rate
β Maintain pipeline of 100+ active prospects
