We are 2 interesting, relaxed quirky permanently moored boats on the Thames, in Central London, that are used as events, live music, and wedding spaces as well as being a daily walk on neighbourhood bar.
This is a remote role where you will be getting involved in all aspects of back of house hospitality administration. You will be supporting the directors, events team & managers in their role.

Tasks include (but not restricted to):
– Entering cash control
– HR: onboarding, right to work checks, contracts, requesting documents for payroll & recruitment
– Processing payroll information and submitting to the payroll clerk
– Rotas & tweaking staff shifts, liaising with staff re their shifts
– Placing Orders
– Deliveries- entering in the the POS system, contacting suppliers when needed
– Stocktakes – liaising with the person on site to ensure counts are accurate and sending stock reports to the management team
– Keeping on top of the inbox for all admin related emails
– Dealing with agencies re staffing
– Liaising with suppliers
– Co-ordinating with the team re anything needed
– Events administration- ensuring payments are made
– supporting the events team with follow ups
– responding to reviews and feedback, dealing with complaints & refunds
– Answering calls re bookings & events
– covering the events team when they’re on leave
– Anything else required to ensure the smooth running of the business (and other business’ the Directors are involved in)
You will be/ have
– able to work remotely and have a set up that can enable you to do this effectively ie good broadband connection, generator/ battery backup etc
– Great attention to detail
– Worked in hospitality management
– Patience with a very calm, warm & friendly personality
– able to work alone & with the team
– comfortable with online meetings, technology, spreadsheets etc
– to take ownership of the role and work independently

Salary- 12k RD- 20K RD
A 4 month training period will be paid at a slightly reduced rate
