About the position
- As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will be the Director’s right hand, playing a vital role in his professional life and beyond. Your comprehensive responsibilities will include:
- Communication Mastery: Managing all incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Document and Contract Management: Overseeing important documents and contracts, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately maintained.
- Meeting Management: Organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking detailed minutes, and ensuring all follow-up actions are completed.
- Travel Coordination: Arranging all aspects of travel and accommodation, potentially accompanying the Director during trips.
- Event Planning: Conceptualising, planning, and managing events that align with the company’s high standards and objectives.
- Schedule Oversight: Maintaining a dynamic calendar of professional and personal appointments, ensuring efficient time management.
- Project Assistance: Conducting in-depth research for various projects and presenting actionable insights.
- Private Affairs Coordination: Handling personal scheduling, including holidays, gift purchasing, and property management.
- Representation Duties: Acting as a representative in meetings with clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in a similar role at a comparable level, preferably within the events or luxury sectors.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the dynamics of the events or luxury industries, with a track record of maintaining high standards under pressure.
- Organisational Proficiency: Exceptional organisational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adeptness with other relevant technological tools.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
