This role is essential for supporting the lifecycle of email campaigns, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and optimization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lifecycle Email Marketing: Support and execute lifecycle email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and optimization for higher engagement and conversions.
- Email Marketing Tools: Hands-on experience with tools such as Braze or similar platforms (preferred), with an understanding of HTML and CSS for email design.
- Content Support: Assist in creating email content, such as newsletters, announcements, and product updates (you will be trained on writing and designing content).
- Basic CRM Support: Help manage CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and effective communication with customers.
- A/B Testing: Assist in A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies for improving engagement and conversions.
- Growth Marketing Concepts: Learn and assist with growth marketing techniques, including email deliverability, privacy laws, and attribution.
Additional Support Areas (No experience needed):
- Content Creation: Learn how to design graphics using Canva and write copy for email and social media posts.
- Social Media & Marketing Trends: Participate in research and strategy implementation for social media and online marketing initiatives.
- Support Role: Help with various marketing-related tasks such as reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, and managing software tools.

- Effective Email Campaigns: Deliver lifecycle email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Growth in Skills: A willingness to learn and apply content creation, market research, and strategy to contribute to the overall marketing team.
- Increased Engagement: Achieve measurable improvements in email engagement and interactions with the customer base.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of CRM software and HTML/CSS for email design.
- Communication: Fluent English, with strong verbal and written skills.
- Braze Knowledge (Advantageous): Experience with Braze or similar platforms for customer engagement and email marketing.
- Industry Passion: Understanding and passion for the health and wellness industry is advantageous; knowledge of financial services would be highly preferred.
