Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to join our chiropractic team, focusing on creating exceptional client experiences. This role is vital to ensuring our clients feel supported, valued, and engaged as they navigate our services. As the Customer Success Coordinator, you will proactively address client needs, foster strong relationships, and help clients maximise the value they receive from our offerings. This position requires empathy, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Client Engagement & Retention: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring they are continuously engaged and supported.
  • Onboarding Support: Lead clients through a smooth onboarding process, familiarising them with our services and ensuring their early needs are addressed.
  • Client Check-ins: Conduct regular follow-up calls and check-ins to monitor satisfaction, address concerns, and answer any questions.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify potential issues before they arise and implement solutions to enhance the client experience.
  • Feedback Collection & Reporting: Gather client feedback to inform service improvements and ensure consistent client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical support and other team members to deliver a comprehensive service experience.

Experience & Requirements

 

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a customer success or client engagement role, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or service-oriented environments.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Empathy & Sensitivity: A mature and understanding approach to customer service, suited to working with clients in the chiropractic industry.
  • Proactive Mindset: Ability to anticipate client needs, solve problems quickly, and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Remote Work Setup: Reliable internet connection and home-office setup with flexibility to work UK business hours.
