Reports to: CEO
Stage: Team of 4. Primarily based in USA. We have couple team members in Pakistan and Philippines.
Growth: Consistently growing year over year.
Location: Fully remote.
Work Time: 40 hours per week 9 AM – 6 PM PST. Weekend Days May Be Needed.

Compensation:
Base pay is $6 USD/hr, plus an uncapped bonus tied to monthly revenue. High performers earn well above base—your potential isn’t capped

About the Role
As a Commercial Sales Account Manager at Fire Pit Surplus, you’ll own the complete sales cycle – from initial response to close, with a focus on rapid response times and relationship building. Our goal is to be the premier source for indoor and outdoor heating solutions, and we need a sales professional who can effectively manage both commercial and residential opportunities while maintaining our high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from inquiry to close
- Provide immediate response to all customer inquiries during business hours ● Create and deliver commercial quotes within 1-hour
- Conduct proactive outreach to interior designers and builders
- Manage and grow top 20 commercial accounts
- Follow up systematically on abandoned carts
- Shadow CEO on key accounts until ready for independent management ● Maintain detailed records in our CRM system
What Success Looks Like
- Successfully manage top 20 commercial accounts
- Achieve quarterly sales targets
- Increase average order value by 20%
- Convert 25% of abandoned carts
- Convert 30% of quote requests to sales
- Maintain under 1-hour quote response time
- Complete successful transition of 5 key accounts from CEO
