Responsibilities:

• Design and create email flows specifically on Klaviyo along with a monthly newsletter with provided content
• Designing and updating packaging or physical assets using the Adobe suite
• Editing social media content and images using the Adobe suite
• Creating digital assets on Canva
• Creating and testing landing page performance on unbound
• Scheduling emails and flows on Klaviyo
• Scheduling Social posts across multiple channels using creator studio
• Tracking pre-agreed metrics on performance and tests
• An interest in developing editing skills for creator style behind the scenes content
• Creation guide & edit high performing digital ads
• Track & report on sales metrics & performance
• Support with inventory management and restocking efforts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to address customer feedback and improve their experience
• Proactively participate in team meetings contributing to the development of strategies for improving business operations

Requirements

• University Degree with an interest in Business, Sport or Design
• Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experienced designer and content creation
